Ebenage Herbal Production and Consult receives GSDF grant to train staff; event to be launched on 23rd May, 2024
Ghana's leading herbal medicine brand, Ebenage Herbal Production and Consult has received grant to aid the training of its staff.
This is aimed at equipping the staff with modern techniques necessary for enhancing the production of quality and evidence-based medicinal products.
This Six months long intensive training is funded by the Ghana Skills Development Fund (GSDF) in collaboration with key partners including the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET).
The event would be launched on 23rd May, 2024 at the Conference Auditorium of the Pentecost Convention Centre, Brofoyedru, Kumasi at 9am prompt.
Various activities have been lined up for the training.
Areas that participants would be trained in include: Good manufacturing practices, Advanced herbal medicine formulation and pharmaceutical analysis, solid dosage forms formulation I (from whole herbs to powders), Solid dosage forms formulation I (from granules to tablets), Introduction to the use of a Specialized Auto Capsule Filling Equipment and many more.
